elements believes the best way to create systemic change is at the grassroots level through education. Education is the foundation of our diversity, equity and inclusion action plan. Together, we plan to fund three $3,000 scholarships per year. 

We look forward to following and supporting ambitious students in their inspiring pursuits in the name of change.

Westmoreland has long been a cornerstone of America’s energy generation sector. Through innovation, service, and a zero-harm commitment to worker safety, the company has energized and supported our communities and businesses since the start of modern industrialization.

elements helped with the relocation of Westmoreland’s headquarters to Lone Tree, CO. Our studios worked as a collective team to deliver a mix of Furniture, Manufactured Construction, Floor Covering, and Environmental Graphic Design solutions. 

Project Profile:
Ent Credit Union

Ent Credit Union has been recognized as Colorado's largest community credit union serving counties across Colorado. Their new five-story headquarters in Colorado Springs was a ground up project focused on employee retention that elements was delighted to be a part of.

elements‘ Manufactured Construction and Technology studios collaborated on the project to provide 8,755 linear feet of completely custom DIRTT solutions and window treatments throughout the building.
