Black Knight is a premier provider of innovative, high-performance software, data and analytics for mortgage and home equity lending and servicing. elements worked with the Black Knight team to furnish 13,000 SF of office space consisting of height-adjustable workstations, private offices, Reception Area, Conference and Meeting Rooms, Phone Rooms, Open Breakroom Area with Games.
elements Manufactured Construction studio collaborated with Vertex Tenant Improvement Contracting and Kieding to create this one-of-a-kind tenant build-out.
Early engagement and communication were key to keep the project on track. Utilizing DIRTT Environmental Solutions, light and modern glass wall systems were integrated into standard commercial construction. elements incorporated additional studios into this impressive remodel including; Flooring, Furniture and Environmental Graphics.
