This annual grassroots effort is designed to change the lives of a small number of individuals. These individuals will then each change the lives of several more and the change accelerates.

Microffee
elements is an entrepreneurial found and led company. There is little more important to maintaining and growing the quality of life in the United States than entrepreneurship. Entrepreneurship is not growing as a whole in the U.S., and the trend is more accentuated among people of color and women. The 7th facet of the elements DEI Action Planis to provide entrepreneurial support and seed money to a business making an impact that we feel passionate about.
We are excited to announce that this year, we have selected Microffee as our entrepreneurial support recipient. Microffee is the largest coffee bean marketplace in the world. Their platform works to connect micro-roasters and coffee enthusiasts to coffee growers and verified farms directly. The marketplace allows for easy and secure transactions between coffee buyers and sellers and their network of farms are selected based on high standards of sustainability and cultural practices.
A contribution of seed money was given to the company's efforts and we are committed to providing advisory and coaching services to their team.

In April, our Community Circle, along with volunteers, collected sleeping bags and backpacks filled with necessities and distributed them to people in need around Denver. To accompany their efforts, elements also made a donation to Witnessing Miracles, a non-profit in Denver that continually helps distribute supplies to the homeless. Saturday, May 8th, Team elements participated in the 16th Annual Fight For Air Climb to challenge ourselves and to support people with lung disease who have to fight for every breath. This year, they took the Climb outside, where we climbed 1,998 steps inside Coors Field. Our team raised $3,320 and was one of the top 10 teams for overall donations.
On Saturday, June 12th, our elements Owner and CEO, Traci Lounsbury, and a team of fellow cyclists, participated in the Pedaling 4 Parkinson's ride through the southern parts of the Denver-Metro area to help raise money for The Michael J. Fox Foundation for Parkinson’s Research. Team "Can't Hurt Me" was able to raise nearly $14,000 for the cause!
